Tour Terms & Conditions



  • Above rates are subject to availability and may change due to government taxes, hotel charges and best available rates with or without notice.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is [1400Hrs Local Time], and check-out time is [1100Hrs Local Time]. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • Early check-in and late check-out can be provided when requested but it is subject to hotel availability at the day of check-in or check-out.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking room/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed and subjected to hotel availability.
  • Discover Eden Holidays is not responsible for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
  • Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
  • Discover Eden Holidays reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services.
  • Discover Eden Holidays reserves the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, site-seeing etc., not utilised on the tour or in case if not attended by the guest.
  • The visa advice given here is to support our customers in the visa application process. Discover Eden Holidays is not responsible for the approval, rejection or the delay in Visa processing/issuance.
  • Accordingly, cancellation charges will apply as per Discover Eden cancellation policy in case of visa rejection or delay.
  • Above components of the package are based on the current availability and prices. One or more components of the itinerary may be change based on the availability during booking.


  • The following is the general cancellation terms, however specific cancellation terms of participating hotels will apply in case of cancellations.
  • If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – no charge – any payments made prior to this date will be reimbursed (less any bank charges).
  • If cancelled between14 to 29 days (inclusive) prior to arrival – 30% of the total booking value will be charged.
  • If cancelled between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total booking value will be charged.
  • If cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of the total booking value will be charged.



  • All bookings must be made to the company account with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking for which a receipt will be issued.
  • Your holiday must be paid in full at least 30 days before the arrival date. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
  • Upon receipt of full payment of the booking, hotel booking confirmations and tour confirmation advice will be sent you.
  • If you opt to pay the total cost of the booking , hotel confirmation will be sent you within 2 days with a tour confirmation advice.
